How to film in Bali?
Best way to film in Bali is to first ask to the local banjar, respecting the culture is crucial, once you have their consent, you might need to apply for an Indonesian film permit only for comercial use.
To get the permits (for the drones only) you will need to contact the DGCA (Directorate General of Civil aviation, called also DGTA) or AirNav to make a request for your flights. For this, you will need : valid insurance coverage. purpose of your flights, places, times and drone information.
The main approach to filming on Indonesian archipelagos is to have a National film permit which is issued by The Investment Coordinating Board.
